IBA Music was established to feed our passion for providing unique entertainment options without compromise.
Originally established as a band called Island Breeze in 1988, we performed as the Pregame Opening act for Super Bowl XXIX in 1995 in Miami alongside Sergio Mendes and Hank Williams, Jr. That was just the beginning.
Over 35 years we've evolved from a band to a full talent resource and production agency. Today we provide entertainment to private and corporate clients and produce daily atmosphere shows for major theme parks across Central Florida. Our diverse roster of international and domestic entertainers ranges from trendy to traditional, contemporary to folkloric — handpicked from worldwide sources or developed in-house.

CEO / Executive Producer
Over 30 years producing and directing live entertainment shows for the hospitality industry in Central Florida. Former musician and business executive managing live shows across major Central Florida theme parks.
Nicholas Culp
Booking Director / Event Coordinator
17+ years experience in the industry with an Associate's Degree in Recording Arts and Bachelor's in Entertainment Business. Talent scout managing booking, scheduling, and event coordination.
Rolando Trevino
Technical Director / Business Development
Oversees all audio, lighting, and technical operations as well as system design and infrastructure. Drives business development strategy and builds partnerships to expand IBA Music's reach across new markets and venues.
Jared Brusca
Operations Manager
Audio engineer by trade, Jared manages day-to-day operations ensuring seamless logistics, equipment readiness, and on-the-ground coordination for every event.
Bastien Barclay
On-Site Manager
Manages all on-site event operations, overseeing setup, artist coordination, and real-time production to ensure every show runs smoothly from load-in to load-out.
Desiree Lopez
Bookkeeping / Accounting
Manages the financial operations of IBA Music, handling accounts payable and receivable, payroll, budgeting, and financial reporting to keep the business running efficiently.
